Existence emerges through relation.

 

My work engages with the unseen flow of connection,

​

giving it quiet form through thread and stitch.

存在は、関係の中で立ち現れる。

 

私の制作は、目に見えない「縁」の流れに触れ、

​

それを糸と縫いによってかたちとして現す試みである。

Form appears to hold, yet it is always unraveling.

 

What remains is a tension between staying and dissolving.

 

 

かたちは保たれているようで、常にほどけ続けている。

 

そこにあるのは、留まろうとする気配と、崩れていく気配である。

Existence does not arise on its own.

 

It emerges, almost by chance, within an infinite web of relations.

 

Everything in this world exists within an ever-flowing network of connections,

​

like a single, continuous thread.

 

My practice is an attempt to touch this uncertain continuity.

 

I continue to give form to prayer and gratitude.

存在は、単独では生まれない。

 

それは無数の関係の中で、偶然のように立ち現れている。

 

この世のすべては、一本の連なる糸のように、絶えず流れ続ける「縁」の重なりの中にある。

​

私の制作は、その不確かな連なりに触れようとする試みである。
